After applying, it is necessary to discuss the agreement for the visit group with
the Organizer.

When exhibitors organize their customers (non staff of their own firm) to visit
the exhibition, it can be regarded as that the business group organizes his employees
to visit the exhibition.

The exhibitor is a subsidiary of a business group, and the group organized by
exhibitor, excluding his own staffs, to visit the exhibition is regarded as a
business group organizes the visit to the exhibition.

Group size and service:
A. Small Group: 5- persons (including 5) visit group
Before exhibition：The Exhibition Preview, & magazines will be sent by Organizer.
On-site：Get barcode, visit badge and souvenir directly at the team registration desk.
Post-Exhibition: The electronic version of will be supplied free of charge.
B．Mid Group：10-prons (over 10) visit group
In addition, the Organizer will supply the visitors lunch free of charge.
C. VIP Group：50-persons (over 50) visit group
Furthermore,free shuttle bus or lunch will be considered as appropriate. Which should be settled by a signed by both party.

Group Organizer Policy Preferential：
1）For mid group, a professional book will be received which the price is CNY 560.00, in addition, -Forging, or -Stamping or is free all year round.
2）For VIP group, the professional books (Index of Professional Books) will be received which the price is CNY800.00, in addition, -Forging, or -Stamping or is free all year round.
3）Based on the agreement issued by both party, the Organizer will give a certain amount of labor subsidy according to the workload of the group organizer, and the actual amount will be determined in the "agreement".
